Can anyone help with settings for the Dynasty 300DX for 1/8" aluminum? Thanks

a good starting point would be around 100hz for frequency, balance set to about 65, and amperage on around 150 and adjust with foot control,

torch gas no more than 15 cfh with a #7 cup,
if you can get some 50/50 or even 80/20 helium / argon mix, that will make a big difference but its not absoluteley necessary

Thank you very much, I will try these settings and go from there. All I have now is straight Argon, but when this bottle is done, try the helium mix. I have heard that helium does make a big difference.
