Hi, I have a Miller Syncrowave AC/DC that has been welding perfectly. Recently it decided to stop welding. Code 5 came up later 10 then back to 5. In between it works perfectly then cuts out again gong to code fault 5. It has never overheated and each use is short so no possible way to overheat the rectifier. Fans run and water cooling is fine. I am running single phase 240 volts.Any thoughts?
Many thanks, Deusy. Frank United Kingdom.

I don't recall those fault codes off the top of my head. I'll try to remember to check the manual tomorrow at work.

Hey mate,

Send an email to miller tech support. I hear they are top notch.
