Tig welding tips, questions, equipment, applications, instructions, techniques, tig welding machines, troubleshooting tig welding process
I'm using ER70S-6 3/32 and 3/16 ms now I've been on it for like a week run it at 130 down to 115 and 80 volts using a 15 to 20 push angle my filler at 20 I noticed I'm moving a little quickly when I was doing a t-joint I'm using freehand because walking the cut is hard dose anyone have advice on that to
Sounds like a good place for the TIG finger. Beats the heck out of just floating the cup. What thickness material are you welding. I used 1/16" tungsten and filler on everything in welding school up to 3/16" material if I remember right.
