My next project for the side by side is to relocate the radiator and turbo gear exchanger to the back so its protected from rocks and mud. There is a kit available but its $1800. That seems much too high to me. I found a company in South Carolina that makes aluminum radiators for hot rods and race cars. Got a radiator and shroud for $340. Decided to use the stock radiator as the new heat exchanger for the turbo since it's about 1/3 larger. Picked up a spal brushless 1860cfm fan.

Had to cut off the too large inlet and outlet and put on some 1" nipples. Decided to add some 1" tubing to make them point down. Mocked up a frame to mount them. Added some flat bar to the sides of the heat exchanger, and some angle aluminum to the sides of the radiator. Used 1" square tubing for the frame.
