Flange sets on 1.5" nom sched 40 steel pipe. That's half of it done. I'm doing the pipe cutting also, and tolerance is +0/-0.25". Lord as my witness, I wish I could get work like this every single day.

I'm getting $325 a piece from 3 different local marinas. Faired and painted. I do 3-5/wk.

Miller Dynasty 280 DX, Lincoln 210 MP, More tools than I have boxes for and a really messy shop.
Testing Chromoly settings in a mock cluster of 1.5" tubing for a motorsports customer. Thick to thin wall requirement on a lot of the clusters, .063/.083. Little cold in some spots, little hot in others on this test cluster, but got it dialed in nicely after a few test runs for the customer's parts.
