3G welding test

Recently taken 3G welding test and failed. Reason for failure was major tear. Can anyone tell me what causes tears in the welds in the side bend test.

Since you didn't even name the process (Stick, MIG, Flux-core?), and "How to Use the Forum" is not the place for questions about anything outside of how to post pictures, share videos, etc., I'm going to move your post to "Member Introductions" and pretend you said, "Hello."
