I'm wondering what experiences you've had with these budget ARKSEN welders. Were you able to get an arc, make a decent bead ext... Also, what model and what rods?

I bought one a couple of years ago the plastic tires legs are crap it does have a good heavy duty switch on 220v it will run 1/8 7018 ok the power coats is a pain in the neck to replace if you want a longer one the welding leads army vear long but it is easy to replace hope that helps
