Over head pad

I am in welding school so welding pads in diffrent positions is being drilled into my head untill i am completely sick of it this is one of my overhead pads and id like some tips to improve it (if i can get the pic to show) Image

I can't see anything wrong, that a little more practice won't take care of. I'd say you are right on track.

Especially the ones running nth -Sth.
