Are MIG/Stick 2-in-1 welders worth it? KMWelder MIG145

Hi,
I'm getting into welding on a budget (power supply under $200). Though I've decided that stick would be the best option for me, I'd really like the option of doing some MIG if I can, without having to get another machine. I found that there are actually power supplies that do this, such as the kmwelder MIG145 for $153 on Toolots (i'd post a link, but I guess I can't do that on first post). Is it any good? Do you think that, for any reason, I would be better off having a CC-only power supply for the same price? I'm willing to accept less-than-average quality. In other words, as long as the machine doesn't randomly explode, I'll likely be happy with it. Thanks!

Also, would the fact that (I think) it can only output AC be a major deciding factor?

with cheap machines, having two separate machines is best.
usually the stick is not as good as a separate machine.

with something like that machine, make sure it can take gas and you can swap polarity.
ie make sure its not a "fluxcore welder".

i have a mid range multi process and the stick on that is ok, but not great.
