Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I am looking to purchase my first tig welder. I was wondering if anyone has tried the canaweld ac/dc 200 pulse tig? Could this be a alternative to the established blue and red machines and the wave of Chinese machines on the market? One of my requirements is welding thin aluminum and the stick is nice. I have not been able to find much info on this machine either positive or negative. I understand that it is assembled in Canada using some North American and European components. The only non partisan info I saw, was this guy at a welding school welding 1/4 inch aluminum plate with the machine maxed out at 200 amps. It was a tee joint about 8 inches long. The weld looked very good.Has anyone tried this machine, especially on thin aluminum. Thanks Chris
