Hello ya'll. I was asked to post my thoughts on this Adjustable Tungsten Grinder from USAWeld.com. I tried this unit on multiple types of tungsten. Following the suggestions of taking it easy on being too aggressive with forcing the tungsten onto the wheel, it gives a very sharp point on the 22.5 degree setting. Being too aggressive will wear out the wheel much quicker so I followed their suggestions. ;) So far, I haven't tried adjusting it to the different angles allowed since the 22.5 is the recommended setting for tungsten.
So far, I'm very pleased with it. Here's the one I bought: https://www.usaweld.com/Adjustable-Tung ... ts-adj.htm
It's on sale and comes with a spare grinding wheel as well.

I have the same one at work. It’s branded Sharpie. Works best if there’s no build up from dipping. It’s ok. But a soft wheel on a bench grinder is faster.
I have more questions than answers
