Hello.
I have one question that i was thinking a lot at it. I will give myself as an example. I've finished my studies for the welding engineer profile. If i work on a project under PED, it is possible for me to sign the visual reports, even if i don't have an authorization for it? Or can the client accept this situation.
Thanks in advance
Welding Certification test Q&A and tips and tricks
You can sign the visual reports but not because you are a welding engineer.

PS Please take the time to at least introduce yourself. Coming to a forum such as this only when you need to ask questions is bad form.Question: Does the concept of non-destructive testing as mentioned in Annex I
section 3.1.3 also cover visual examination?
Answer: No.
Consequently, section 3.1.3 in Annex I is not applicable to personnel
undertaking "visual testing" as dealt with in EN 473:2000.
