You can ask your local welding supply store if they sell individual coupons, some do, and some just don't.
Otherwise, visiting a local welding school and asking the teacher for a few peices might just work, if you can find the sympithetic type.

Location:All over, mostly southwest USA
If you own a cutting torch it would probably be cheaper to just buy a chunk of 1 inch plate and cut em yourself. Your going to pay a premium on pre cut and beveled coupons.
