Good noose.

We (the wife and I) don't need to invest in a plasma cutter today.

Just hold the plate to the right angle, and the SUN will cut it.

46 degrees (C) inside the water bag. 50 up the track!!!

B-Geesus it is warm. And more to come for the next three days, and yesterdee was just as 'ot.

Ain't that good noose.

I see it clearly ... the big shed roller doors up, a gusting hot northerly, bitumen melting from the street and sticking to the workshop floor, smoke rising from the arc one third done on a 3m diameter pipe flange, hi-vis overalls, welding jacket, gauntlets, bucket on head, lock on beer fridge ... chewy holding the thermometer back to 43 degrees.

More to come.

Cheers, Mike.

46 C is 115 F

The last three days have been over 43 C, and we have two more days expected at 46 C. Yesterday was 46 C and today cooled off to 45 C.

It got down to 39 overnight.

Takes more than icy poles, free or not.
