sensitivity of control knobs

Hello all, got a question about using my torch. It's an apollo torch which I purchased from a company called Mundaka which is located in Fl. there's been a few times where my sleeve brushed against the adjustment knobs and it altered the fuel/oxy ratio. Does anyone know if there's a way to put a little resistance to the knobs so that they're not so easily turned? Contacted the company and waiting for a response. Thanks

There’s a packing nut under the knob, where the stem of the knob goes through the torch body. You can tighten it a little. Like 1/10th of a turn. Over tighten and you will ruin the packing causing it to leak.
