Welding Tips and Tricks

Quite a few years ago I wanted a Ellis 1600 but because of lack of room in my garage I decided on purchasing a used Scotchman coldsaw, I made a base with heavy duty castors so I could move it when needed. I got tired of dealing with the coolant splashing all over the place and the lack of cut capacity. Finally bit the bullet and ordered a Ellis 1600, anxious to try this new saw out.. Now I just need to find a spot for it..

Going to make a trash bin for our cabin, gotta keep those darn bear from tearing in to our garbage. Then???

Looks like a very nice piece of equipment. I think a lot of us have space problems.

Hahaha lol me included! My wife was a little miffed at me when she got home and tried to pull her car in the garage. lol

This should keep the critters from getting into our garbage. New saw works like a charm.
