Welding Tips and Tricks

Thanks in advance -
Harris torch, number 0 tip -and only 2 holes providing cones -
brand new tip -
5/25-30 on gauges - cuts fine thin stuff - but I am used to seeing all holes with cones - suggestions - I have tried clearing torch head holes but they seem unobstructed - -
