New Member From Kentucky

Hi. My name is Opie. I'm from Kentucky. I've been interested in welding for a long time but I haven't actually done anything about it until the other day when I took the plunge and bought myself a brand new Hobart Handler 190 MIG welder and a tank of shielding gas (75% Argon, 25% CO2). I've been watching Jody's videos and learning as much as I can from the internet. I work full time so I don't really have time for welding school, although I'd love to be able to go. I'm gonna practice and learn as much as I can. I've found that I can learn almost anything if I put my mind (and a lot of time) into it.
I'm hear to learn and grow my skills and to meet people who know a lot more than I do about welding.
