Hey guys my name is Tony from New Orleans, Louisiana. I recently moved to a small city about an hour away from New Orleans to attend welding school and things are going pretty well. Any and all tips, tricks, and advice you may have is welcomed and greatly appreciated. I have already gotten so much great info from this site and look forward to getting more. You members are incredible for being so willing to share your knowledge and experience in order to help your fellow man and your trade, to become the best they can be. I hope to do the same whenever possible. Thanks so much.

Welcome, Tony,

I live about 45 min. from NOLA, if I take the causeway...
Love the concept of that bridge. $3.00 to enter the city, free to leave... The only city in America with a cover charge!

Share your questions when they arise, and you'll often find several answers from different crafts/perspectives.
We also have several instructors here, should you question why your school is doing things a certain way.

Dude, Pennsylvania has a cover charge. For the whole state. If traveling by turnpike. The whole state.
