New member Syncrowave 250 question

Just making my first post to say hi and thanking everyone for all the good information.

I do have a question.

I just bought a used Syncrowave 250 and haven't picked it up yet.
They say it will be guaranteed for 30 days. It is 1 hour from the house. ($500.00)
It has a torch don't see a cooler may have a stinger lead, no gas bottle but I see a flow regulator.
Not sure what voltage it has been running on.
It has been moved from its original location to a machinery wholesaler and it may not be easy to test it there without some work but I could more than likely power it up.
Any suggestions on what I should look out for or a quick way to test its functionality?

Look for dead spots in the dials. Try all the ranges even if just for a few seconds. I've seen a few that got adjusted under load and it burnt out some of the adjustable range on the amperage knobs.

I don't know how much additional stuff I will need to gather to get the tig side going. Then I don't know if I will be able to tell if things are working as they are supposed to or not_not. Sounds like I might need to find somebody local that knows how to use this machine. I can get it powered up and tested to the best of my ability and then bring them in if needed for the final evaluation? I would compare learning how to weld like learning to play golf lots of variables and the equipment is just one. I bought the best equipment and at least I knew when I couldn't hit the shot it was me not the club.... I just want to know the equipment works and then the rest of the work is up to me. Thanks for the advise I will check the knobs.
