This is a great forum, so much information here, very cool!
I have been welding since a young teenager growing up in a family business, no longer do it for a daily job but I'm starting to teach my teenagers the process. The 1950's airco heliwelder I learned on growing up had to be scraped out a couple years ago which left me with only a Miller MIG machine, i've come across many projects that it wasnt practical for. After lots of looking around I stumbled across a 1970 Airco/Miller 250 Amp heliwelder for a great deal. Only thing I'm trying to do is re-learn the tig process, need to find a torch for the machine and appears the HF unit needs some work if anyone has worked on those any tips would be great.

Thanks again for letting me join the group
