Hey guys, new guy from SW Missouri here. Mostly a mig guy but trying to change that. I am trying to get my tig skills back to get a stainless tig job which is really common around here. I haven't touched a tig torch in 7 months untill a couple days ago and I can still walk the cup but freehand is turning out to be quite frustrating to me. I am an everlast/lincoln guy but usally pretty happy with what I have in my hands. Work has all miller stuff and hypertherm plasma so I'm really not that picky. I am looking to get the ahp tig soon.
Been watching jody's vids for years and I just wish I could soak up half his talent. It's crazy how easy he makes it look!

A name would be nice, even a nickname...
Springfield is my old stomping grounds, I went to SMSU before it was MSU, and lived there about ten years.
I left when I finally realized that I would starve if I stayed.
I do miss the place, and the places east (Wright, Texas, and Booger counties) where I grew up, but I don't miss poverty.
