Thanks for adding me in. I hope to learn a lot here. I'm more of a hobbyist, but I do a lot of MIG welding at work, but at home mostly TIG welding. I can't seem to lay that row of dimes.

The stack of dimes is merely a demonstration of correct filler rod addition to the right travel speed. Try counting as you weld. 1,2 dab 1,2 dab. Moving forward on the 1,2.

The "stack o' dimes" is an ideal, and even the best among us rarely make a long row.
It's a goal to shoot for, not an expectation for next week.
Have patience, and you will get there. All of us learned it one step at a time.
