Hi everyone. I'm a welder on the side, make a little money at it, but I don't maintain any qualifications. My best jobs so far have been cast iron repairs. My worst have been sheet metal. I work at home and have portable equipment for travel. My goal is to get better. Right now I am working on open root, small diameter pipe with a variety of materials, using TIG.
I look forward to meeting you! :D

Welcome to the show Tater!! I can relate to sheet metal work. In my book it's a real PITA.
Go break something, then you can weld it back the right way.

Thank you, Fat Bob.

I've done some good work on thin materials but I'm much more familiar with heavy sections. An old injury to my left hand makes TIG difficult, but I'm recovering some function by working at it all the time.

Have a great weekend!

Thank you, Mike :D

I worked many years in the upper midwest and miss it very much.
