Long time viewer, first time welder

I have watched many of the videos on youtube from Jody but never joined the forum as I always figured I would join when I actually got a welder.
I have a youtube channel as well, under my username here, and I have the need for a welder for my current "Vetterizing my Zero" project. Instead of simply paying a welder to do the work for me I rather learn the skill and acquire new tools.
I also have a blog, www.callmeburton.com , where I am documenting my work on the project and in the future other activities. I hope to get the information I need here so I can get welding in a timely manner
