Hello,

I am fairly new to welding. I took a couple of classes at the local community college then bought my own equipment. I am intereseted in repair and fabrication; something they don't teach at the college, so I decided to start watching some videos, join a forum or two and start learning by doing. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks......

Sounds like you are off to a good start. You will find a lot of information of this forum, sit down and enjoy some reading. As far as advice, we can offer plenty of it, what do you want to know?
