Hi.

I can't say enough good of Jody's videos and commentary, so I've abandoned trying. 'He's the best' will have to do.

I'm now just about done with two years of welding school, which has seen me burn my first 7018 downhand, (undercut, slag-inclusions and all), to taking my first 6g 2" sched.160 stick x-ray pipe test tomorrow. And Jody's videos have been there throughout. Including that one weird time a couple of months ago when I'd been having a hard time figuring out tigging steel pipe with 309ss for a few days and that week's video (and the following one!) were about EXACTLY that! Not to mention right after that test for those carbon steel/309ss joints, as the course switched to 308 pipe (tig root, stick cap) and I was struggling with putting down some decent beads from stainless rods -- and what doesn't show up in my e-mail box, but http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/sti ... nless.html!

So, yeah, you could say I'm a fan.

Welcome from another Jody fan.....
Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.
