you can get lots of advice here BUT you have to give a little something too. like, where are you going to this school, where you located? one of the big expensive welding schools or comm college??

Welcome to the forum. You should not have a hard time finding work in the shale wells field if you're willing to get dirty and work hard. This is a great place to get help with any and all kinds of welding, so ask away while you're learning. Soon you'll be helping others on their learning curve.
