Hello from New Zealand

My name is William Payne, I live in New Zealand. This is a welding site so I’ll try and stay on topic. I am 32 years old. I started working in a machine shop that does job shop and mould tool and die work back in 2011. I was an inexperienced newbie and was in the trade because At the time it was the only job I could get. First day on the job I was basically handed a TIG torch and it was the only thing I was ever naturally good at. Besides a 2 year stint in an unrelated industry I still work at that machine shop and while I do more machining than welding in my day job I really love to weld. I have been setting up a home based shop behind my house and that is finally at a point where I will soon be able to take on work at home.
At home I have a Miller Syncrowave 350LX with a Coolmate 3, that is my main machine. My smaller welders are a ESAB Power Compact 205 Mig and a little BOC Gases 185 amp DC inverter TIG.
