Hey folks,

I've been wanting to learn how to weld for awhile now and since the pandemic I've decided to pick it up and try to teach myself a new skill. This is a hobby for me and at the most I'd use it to do jeep repairs/upgrades and maybe odd jobs and projects around the house. Till then I'd just like to learn as much as I can.

Right now I have a Hobart 210 MVP I got at a steal. I actually wired a 240v outlet/50 amp breaker in the garage for it. Just been running beads so far.

See you guys around!

hello Sky and welcome to the forum. You will find lots of info in here and a really great bunch of folks..young, old and older..ahem. Don't be afraid to ask questions and do be patient. Learn to post pictures of your projects as the pictures do help us to help you. I keep harping on pictures and I still can't make this electronic thingy work. Having probs with my eye for now, had surgery so type slow so I can read it.
gramps.
