Welding Tips and Tricks

Hello- I am a new member and I now own an old Miller 250 Dialarc HF. Please advise what settings I need to use to get started welding 1/8" thick mild steel and how much argon I need to set on the flowmeter for my tig torch.

120-125 amps. CFH should be about 2x cup size.
