Hi! My name is Meredith. I set up an account here because I have recently been hired as a full time welder and fabricator for a sign shop that also fabricates public art. I’ve spent the last 3 years in school for my masters of fine arts in sculpture. I’m finishing my last bit but the pandemic sent me back home. I welded part time for this shop before school, just spool gun mig on aluminum. When I got back the boss called me up and wanted to hire me full time. They’ve updated seriously since I left and now I’m tiging aluminum, which is more challenging but way more fun in my opinion. I appreciate the job during these crazy times when so many don’t have jobs and want to do the best work I can, so I’m here to learn.

Welcome from PA. I have relatives down there on Lake Norman who are involved in nascar and drag racing. Enjoy your time here. Lots of info available.

Thank you! My dad was just telling me I should look into NASCAR work the other day haha. Lake Norman is really nice, I am a caricature artist also and I did a gig at a yacht club there one time!
