Thanks for letting me on.

I have been watching the welding tips n tricks on the youtube and this forum was linked so I came over and joined up.
I have an old craftsman buz box from the eighties, a cambell hausfeld wire feed that can be made into a mig with the use of some shielding gas and flow meter. Though I've only used it with flux core. And our latest addition, an AHP AlphaTig 201xd.

With the latest I procured a 150 cylinder of argon and while we were buying a cylinder of c25 to see about doing real mig with the wire feed. I got a chicom flow meter and hose that looks a lot like the ones that came with the ahp.

Looking forward to learning and maybe I can even add some content. we will see.

We are in the DFW area, n Central tx. Weather has been great and if this shut down hadn't occurred we would be at the drag strip for sure.

Yup, the weather has been pretty good here too. I gotta return to the drag strips, hopefully soon
