Hello all... Just joined up because I want to learn to weld and this is easier than asking my 96 year old father who was a welder on Oil pipelines and under ground steam lines around the New Haven CT area along with my older Brother for years and years and years. lol Seriously, My dad is too old now to make teach me welding and I don't see my brother that much sooo, here I am!
I'm sure I will have all types of questions that I hope aren't too stupid... bear with me though... I may be asking some real Doozies!

I grew up in Oxford, over by the airport. My grandparents had a dairy farm there.

Welcome aboard. Do your best to talk with your dad and gather information from him. YOu won't find a better place to learn. There is no such thing as a dumb question, the dumb comes in when ya don't ask.
