Hello all,
I am a new member to the forum from St. Louis Mo and wanting to learn how to tig weld. Has been 30 years since I have had a torch in my hand and looks like there are a lot of new welding manufactures out there. I will need to get some guidance from you experienced tig welders out there on help choosing a welder to fit my needs with out breaking the Bank.
I own a 9x42 vertical mill and a 14x40 lathe and have been machining for 25 plus years in my hobby environment. There have been times that I have needed some tig welding done and had to source someone to help me out. I think a tig welder is in my near future and will compliment my hobby.
I will continue to read up on all the forum threads and soak up all I can.
Thanks for the down to earth forum for us new guys,
