Hi there
Just a few short words to say thank you for acceptance to the forum. Although I served an apprenticeship as an engineer I have been involved in welding most of my working life. I mostly have experience in fabrication, ship repair and general repairs. Most of my experience is Stick and Mig with some DC tig. I have done a few repairs to castings using the brazing process and a number of silver solder repairs. AC tig where required but limited knowledge on this other than studying the great videos from Jody. Even after all these years I still get a laugh seeing some of items the coming in the shop door.
At work it is Mostly Lincoln machines with the odd Kempii lurking about.
Home shop
260 Amp AC/DC Tig Inverter
250 Amp Mig Inverter
150 Amp Handbag inverter stick welder
Hypertherm Plasma Cutter
Oxygen and Acetylene Cutting and welding torches
Southbend Lathe
