15 years experience as a welder. I am currently the mechanical and electrical supervisor at the largest hot forming plant in the united states. My goal is to have my own welding/millwright company within 2 years. I have my journeyman's cards in millwright, electrician and iron working. I look forward to add to the discussion and learn in the process.

Yeah ok that sounded like a dumb question, I meant what sort of everday work does a millwright have in a hotform plant ? I've never worked in one.
