Erik here. I'm just a hobbiest at the moment. I bought a Hobart 210 MVP to help with an FJ40 rebuild/restoration and then decided that I've always wanted to build myself a mountain bike and so I bought an Everlast 200A multi process machine. Both are way more capable than I am at the moment. I'm seeing progress. Buggers are turning into beads finally.

Welcome to "The Hood"!

What part of NC are you in?
I'm down in the "Sand". The land of golf balls and sand spurs.

Last time I was up that way it looked more like the land of old men holding hands! LOL!

Seriously, I love the NC mountains. A great place to tear through the twisties on two wheels!

Spark on man, spark on!

Feel free to post up some pics of them that beads!

There is a gentleman on this forum, Mike Zanconato (http://www.zanconato.com/#splash-f4da1) that welds custom frames and has been very helpful sharing his expertise in welding aluminum, steel and titanium frames.
