I've been around the motorcycle forums for quite a few years and although I am new to this board, I am not at all new to welding and fabrication. Yet I completely understand I do not know everything and I am always searching for new ways and new ideas of doing things. That's what brings me here.
I run a small welding business out of my home and always looking to figure something out. Is there an easier way, better way, faster way. a way I can make more money than doing it this way. Another machine for this application.
So here I am to offer a hand where I can, ask questions when I think someone can help me, and hopefully become a better person for doing both.
Thanks for having me, Jack

Jack,
I think you've come to the right place to do any and all the things you've mentioned. We have people here from every level of welding knowledge. We all learn from questions asked and questions answered. You'll find some good natured ribbing going on, but most times this is a very civil and informative site. Disagreements are settled by research more often than bickering. If you are like most of us you'll find yourself coming here more often than not looking to answer questions that you didn't even know needed answering.
A few motorcycle guys on here too so throw those questions out there too.

Welcome to the forum, Jack. There are lots of friendly folk and a vast pool of collective knowledge. It'll be good to have your experience and know-how added to that pool.
Cheers.
