Not only new welders.... I've done some welding off and on since the late '60s, bought my first TIG in mid '70s (home units were not abundant...) and after getting hooked on Jody's videos ..... needed a serious upgrade and bought a used Dynasty 200DX.... A whole new world of welding!!
