My name is matt I'm 21 and work as a tooler/ fabrication for Jr customs its is a family owned company with 125+ employees. Iv bounced around from job to job for 2 years cus every job I landed got boring after a few months but I think I'll keep this job for a long time.

I went to welding school my junior year of high school and have been welding ever since. In the 7 months I've been working at Jr I've passed 2 aws mig tests and 1 aws tig test.

I'm young and still have lots to learn but I have the perfect job for that since I do get to run different processes and materials.
