Hello, Mr Collier and warm regards to all members of this forum.
I am a retired person and my spoken language is French, from Québec, Canada.
I was introduce to this site by the well Mr. Fenner who publicize this site.
I am interested In learning as many technique as I can. I won't make a living out of it, but certainly I won't stay a dummy for the rest of my life !
So, I have some metalworking tools like a Clausing Lathe 5912, a old, very old, (1896) Vna Norman number 0, a newly acquired Bridgeport mill (small one). I also have some oxyacetylene equipment raging from cutters to Small torch ™. I have a Lincoln Ac-DC + - arc welder (220v) and a Hobbart 125 mig welder. I recently perchasse a Victor 141 I MULTI-TASK Welder. I was impress by the Tig welding technique and wanted to learn more about it.
I also have a lot of equipment for woodwork but this not the ideal forum to talk about those tools.

Well, I would like to thanks Mr Collier for all the course he is given over the Internet.

Welcome to the site Patro! A Van Norman crankshaft grinder? I've never seen a #0. How about a picture or two?
Go break something, then you can weld it back the right way.
