Hi, complete newbie to welding but something I've been wanting to learn for years and finally getting around to it. Not too proud of my HF Titanium 225 welder, but honestly it works and is something to learn on. We all have to start somewhere no?
Laid down my first few beads this weekend and I'm hooked. Currently trying to troubleshoot my vertical up welding, I'll post that elsewhere.
Welcome to the community! Tell us about yourself, your welding interests, skills, specialties, equipment, etc.
Welcome! Not to worry about your machine. If your just trying to learn stick or tig it’s usually ok. Only the cheap mig machines are a waste. Obviously anything from harbor freight can be a risk, but it’s a risk I often take if it’s a tool I’m going to abuse or just use once.
I have more questions than answers
