Closing a topic on a sold item.

I'll ask that, when you sell a posted item, or retract your offer of sale, that you add a post at the end of the topic, rather than edit your original post.
This way, the most recent post to come up says, "sold", or whatever circumstance that takes the item off the market.
The moderators can see it, that way, and we can remove the topic, if needed, to stop future replies from dragging it up from the dead-letter files...
