MIG schedule 40 mitered corners

Hello, I occasionally have to MIG weld 90 degree mitered corners on 1.5" schedule 40 steel pipe. I always struggle to get a clean weld on the outside tip of the corner where the material is thinnest. I'm hoping for a video with some pointers on this. Any ideas for a jig to fit these corners constantly square would be helpful as well.
Thank you,
Brian

Hi there,
Jody has made a video of his friend JD making a gate from pipe about this size. They don't go into great detail but theres a few close up shots of the set up he uses.

Old thread but I'll chime in- I was taught that for instances like this its best to start with the thinnest section and work toward the thicker section. So begin at the apex of the miter and work toward the crotch.
