Welding Tips and Tricks

Jonathan Lewis (@superiorwelding) and me Tag team effort on this shaft repair video.
He did the real work...I edited and added arc shots .
Already got a few comments on youtube about it being cheaper to make a new one.
I doubt it considering cost of materials and removing reinstalling rotor.
Besides that, when you are the welder doing work for a machine shop, the decision has already been made.
