Welding Tips and Tricks

I can find pretty much any welding process on YouTube but I cannot find any videos for SS SMAW 3G/4G.

There's definitely no plate test practice videos.

I'd even go so far as to send Jody a SS 304 plate test kit from www.trieng.com

It helped a little but the 3G position that J maneuver didn't help me very much.

Thats about the only one he's done. I'd be shocked if I have missed one.
