I liked this video - I get a nice smooth arc at low power and feed rates with co2 as well.
But with higher amps and volts, I get more spatter - have to clean the nozzle way more often than I would like.
It all works fine - just would like to dial down the spatter in my nozzle - hardly any on the work piece.
Settings last weekend:
Invertec v300 Pro with Miller Super s-32p
.045" 70s-6
20 volts
140 ipm
Inductance set to 8
We went up to 23v and 200 ipm and the spatter increased as the volts and amps increased.
But with higher amps and volts, I get more spatter - have to clean the nozzle way more often than I would like.
