Which if any compressed gas is ok to use in a horizontal position. I have a horizontal storage box on a truck and would like to keep bottles in it while using them. I also do not want to take a ride to Jupiter...
I currently have argon and oxygen in the box. Acetylene is upright.

Welcome, Vinny,

Any of the compressed gas bottles can be used in any position.

Only the dissolved gasses (acetylene and butylene) and liquefied gasses (propane and butane) are position-sensitive.

I know its not funny but if you lay an acetylene tank on its side and try to use it, get ready for a rather large wienie roast.
