Order of welding for a curvy table leg

first let me say I am a beginner. I was thinking of making some odd shaped "modern" table legs. I will plasma cut 2 symmetric curvy pieces of aluminum and then have 2 long pieces to close the gap on each side. My question is what is the best way to do this. Do I weld supports on the curvy piece and then lay the other curvy piece on top and then do the side pieces? Do I weld the two side pieces to one curvy piece and then weld the second curvy piece? Do people use a buck? Does it matter or am I just way over thinking this. Obviously since it is a piece of furniture I want it to have as symmetric and clean look as possible. thanks and hope this makes since.
